On 27th March 2022, over 100 invited guests had the opportunity to learn from the seasoned founder and Creative Director of luxury fashion house Tubo, Sandrah Tubobereni aka Tubo as she is fondly called.

The “all-female” guests received business tips and strategies on how to grow their business and understand their customer’s needs. The event had the support of several prestigious brands such as Vie by Nie for event planning and coordination, refreshment by Black Bell, and The Luxe Shopper for logistics. 

The attendees had the opportunity to learn from the very best, Tubo, who is making a giant stride in fashion globally. Dressed in the latest Tubo Ready to Wear collection (Instagram @tubortw) she covered the essential business areas such as Human resources, Standard Operating Procedures, Marketing, Client Retention, Branding, and Personal effectiveness as well as Client Profiling.

Feedback from the audience was overwhelming;

I’m sincerely grateful for this opportunity. Before the event, I had the mindset of a small business, I had no clue about having SOP or working toward building a structure regardless of the level of my business. The event was eye-opening. If anyone would ask me, I’d say in whatever path you choose, stay focused. I wish I’d decided on what I wanted to do from the day I decided to run my business, but on impact day with Tubo, I understand the direction I need to focus on.
