Lillian Mutwalo has been appointed as the MD/Country Head at Zambia FibreCo, a subsidiary company for MTN Global Connect dealing in wholesale Fibre.
In this role, she is responsible to direct and ensure efficient and cost-effective Fibre network operations and services, while fulfilling statutory requirements.
Prior to this role, she was the Country Head of Customer Service at Absa Bank Zambia PLC. She also served at MTN Zambia as the Senior Manager, Customer Enablement where she led Innovation & Solutions, Projects , Post sales service, Billing in Enterprise Business. Looking after Large Enterprises, SMEs, Multinationals and Home Connectivity.
Lillian Mutwalo has also served with top organizations like Airtel Zambia PLC, Lusaka City Council, Zambian Towers ( a subsidiary of Bharti Airtel), and MLN Associates.
