Charity Ladi Babatunde, a globally certified Senior Human Resources Specialist, and Certified World Coach, has over 20 years of eclectic work experience and currently functions as the People Experience Director in a government-owned institution, and Associate Partner with a leading management consulting firm.
Passionate about seeing young people come into their full potential. Charity founded RAVE Et Al Limited, a social enterprise which in the past 10 years has been providing various capacity building programs for children/teens and has impacted over 5000 youths, equipping them with the skills they need to “do life” successfully – offline and online. Certified as the pioneer DQ Ambassador in Africa by the DQ Institute, Singapore, Charity is the lead facilitator for the Digital Citizenship Program.
With a first degree in Business Administration from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University and a Master’s degree from the University of Lagos, Charity is committed to human capital development and is a strong advocate for the building of a society where success is driven by values.
