Lebogang Motlalekgosi started a crocheting business when getting a job wasn’t working out
Too many of us complain about the situation of the country and the opportunities we don’t get. Things are tough but there’s certainly a solution. Lebogang’s story is proof of this.
Lebogang Motlalekgosi completed her BA in Humanities, with a major in Sociology and Environmental science yet, she struggled to get a job. That did not break her spirit, however. She decided to use her crocheting skills to start something for herself.
In her own words, “Being able to crochet things people can use in their daily lives is what gets me falling in love with it every day.” Ms Motlalekgosi states that she does not limit herself when it comes to her crocheting business. She makes a variety of products that suit a wide range of audience, from baby booties, blankets, and wearables for kids and adults. Motlalekgosi draws inspiration from everywhere, and with each piece she makes she is reaffirming the fact that she cannot be brought down by life’s problems. She’s a #LeadingLady
