Ifeoma white Thorpe is on the lips of everyone as she has achieved the big feat of getting accepted into all 8 Ivy League Schools.
The New-Jersey based Nigerian shared her excitement with CNN, recounting how she felt on receiving acceptance letters from Columbia, Dartmouth, Harvard, Yale, University of Pennsylvania, Princeton, Brown and Cornell. In addition to the list, she got accepted to Stanford.
At present, Ifeoma serves as the Student Government President of Morris Hills High School. In an interview with ABC, she disclosed that her interest lies in global health and that she would like to study Biology.
Ifeoma has certainly carved a name for herself as a great writer. In 2015, she was a co-winner of the Selma Speech and Essay Contest, taking home the grand prize of $5000. She was recently named as one of the 2017 Coca-Cola Scholars.
