Meet Manyinkeng Noella Nteamah Fonju, a Cameroonian footwear Designer and a graduate with an Accounting degree from the University of Buea.
Manyinkeng Noella Nteamah Fonju started her incredible journey to crafting Hand-Made luxury men’s bespoke shoes because of her love for fashion and leather shoes/bags and to combat her problem of finding shoes that she liked in her size. She did some research and could not find anyone manufacturing shoes in her city and decided to take advantage of the gap in the market.
She then began the training to learn how to make shoes in Douala one year after graduating from university in 2017, but was distracted by her full time job at that time. She later decided to fully concentrate on refining her knowledge and skills in producing amazing shoes for both men and women in August of 2019.
She has now successfully grown this passion into an empire called Fonj Shoes, a footwear company that designs and manufactures shoes for men, women and children with customers in Cameroon and abroad.
