Diane Okoko FCIArb has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Moneta Technologies.
Diane is a Notary Public of Nigeria and an experienced arbitrator and legal practitioner, with demonstrated 21 years practice experience.
She is a member of the Institute of Directors and a Fellow and approved Faculty member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) Nigeria Branch as well as a Fellow of the Institute of Construction Industry Arbitrators. She is also a registered Capital Market Solicitor in Nigeria and a member of the Governing Council of Janada International Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (JICAM). She is listed on the Panels of Neutrals of Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry Dispute Resolution Centre (ACCI DRC), Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (CRCICA), Lagos Court of Arbitration, and Abuja Multi-Door Courthouse (AMDC).
She is the recipient of several recognitions and awards, inclusive of; Global Group Media, CNBC/NBC sponsored feature on Africa Women Rising Series, “31 Women Creating a Positive Impact in Africa”, Young Professional of the Year by the Woman on Fire Foundation, Award of Excellence, Law Students Association of Nigeria (LAWSAN), University of Abuja, Award of Excellence for contributions to development of the Youth by Government Secondary School, Karshi, Abuja, Old Students Association.
She is an alumna of the Wharton Executive Education Program of the University of Pennsylvania, in Strategy and Management for Competitive Advantage.
