Edna Ama Mensah is the Chief Executive Officer of Matpat poultry farm, a sole proprietorship venture, licensed poultry farm and egg production company based in the outskirts of West Anaji-Takoradi in the Western Region of Ghana. Matpat poultry farm is in the commercial poultry farm and egg production line of business because of their interest in leveraging on the vast opportunities available in the agriculture industry, to contribute their quota in growing Ghana’s economy .
