Ifeoma Chuks-Adizue

Ifeoma, fondly known as Iphie, is a seasoned Commercial professional with a rare mix of experience in Brand Management, Sales, Media and over 16years experience building brands, customers and people across Africa within global FMCG companies such as Procter & Gamble and Cadbury (Mondelēz Intl).

Iphie is the Chief Commercial Officer at CAP PLC leading the Sales and Marketing function and has successfully grown the revenue of the company by  +51% in less than 9 months of joining the team.

Prior to joining CAP Plc, she was Head of Marketing Cocoa Beverages at Cadbury Nigeria, responsible for the growth of the business across Nigeria and Ghana as well as leading the Equity and Innovation agenda for the category across Middle East and Africa. During this time, she led her team to restart growth in Bournvita Nigeria to deliver double digit growth in the first year; as well as Richoco Ghana which delivered the same over 2020.    

Prior to joining Cadbury in May 2018, Iphie was the Senior Marketing Manager Oral Care West and East Africa at Procter and Gamble, a portfolio she also led her team to grow double-digit in a recession. Over her 12years career in Procter & Gamble, Iphie held various Sales and Marketing roles such as Commercial Leader Baby Care, Group Media Manager West Africa responsible for traditional and digital media, Regional Sales Manager Central Nigeria leading a Sales Team of over 200 people and several Brand Manager roles.

Iphie is passionate about all-round growth of people, especially women. She is the author of the books – ‘The Uncommon Woman’ and ‘Made For MORE’, Founder of Sheer Virtuosity an online platform focused on helping women birth the ‘MORE’ in them whilst growing across all areas of their life; and she also serves as a Non-Executive Director on the board of FINCA Microfinance bank.

She holds a degree in Economics from the University of Jos and is a Registered Practitioner of the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria.
