Whatever your passion is, you can work on it and turn it into something profitable. That is exactly what Mariana Agness Francisco Eria did. Mariana is the CEO of House of Agness, a floral design company inspired by modern, minimalistic aesthetics with a classic touch.
Why did she decide to go into this business?
Aside from being passionate about it, she saw an opportunity to introduce a new way of gifting flowers into an industry that has been influenced by traditional floral arrangements. Some of her products and services, made out of passion and dedication, include deliveries of signature boxes, bouquets and gift boxes and onsite floral services.
From starting the business on her own, Marianna now has a team of five working with her at House of Agness. Here’s the advice she has for upcoming entrepreneurs;
“The tools of your future lay in your hands, grab the wheel and start the engine. You might not know how to get there, you may not have all the answers and that is okay. The mistakes along the way are going to be the bricks to build the foundation of your business. People will doubt you, and sometimes you will doubt yourself but it will all be worthwhile in the ‘never-ending’ end. Entrepreneurship is like a destination that unlocks a new and more exciting journey.”
