Toritseju Egbebi has been appointed Corporate Communications and Sustainability Manager at Nestlé Nigeria Plc, effective November 1, 2026, bringing 18 years of experience in public relations and corporate communications to the role.
Her appointment marks a significant step in a career spanning the technology, financial services and consumer goods sectors, where she has built extensive experience in corporate reputation, public affairs, stakeholder engagement and strategic communications.
Egbebi currently serves as Nestlé Nigeria’s Corporate Affairs Manager. In this capacity, she has contributed to strengthening the company’s reputation, deepening stakeholder relationships and advancing its Nestlé for Good platform, which focuses on healthier nutrition, thriving communities and environmental sustainability. She has also worked to strengthen strategic media and stakeholder partnerships, helping communicate the company’s investments and initiatives to wider audiences.
In her new role, she will lead the company’s corporate communications and sustainability function, bringing together her experience in shaping organisational narratives, managing public engagement and communicating business priorities with broader social impact.
Egbebi succeeds Victoria Uwadoka, who is retiring after 10 years with Nestlé Nigeria. During her tenure, Uwadoka played a key role in advancing the company’s communications and sustainability priorities across nutrition, youth empowerment, agriculture, water stewardship and community development.
As Egbebi takes on this responsibility, her appointment adds a new chapter to her professional journey and places her at the forefront of communications and sustainability leadership within one of Nigeria’s major consumer goods companies.
