So, we had Adaeze Oreh over the weekend on our conversation seat with Francesca Uriri– Founder Leading Ladies Africa for our weekly IG Live series.

Adaeze shared a WHOLE LOT on harmonizing work and life and definitely, a blog cannot capture in totality the essence of the truths she communicated.. We have however summarised into four KEY points, the numerous insightful points she shared.
The four key points are listed thus:
1. For you to grow, do things that aligns with your personality, because when you integrate your personality with your career it’s helps you harmonise work and life more effectively.
2. There is strength in your diversity but do not be afraid to experience other kinds of diversity.
3. You need a good network of people around you to support and keep you going when you are down, plus you must give as good as you get.
4. Keep an information trail at work, say your truth and be focused.
