Founded in 2011
Leading Ladies Africa is a women-focused non-profit launched with the key aim of driving leadership for African women, promoting women’s rights in Africa, developing, and equipping African women with the skills required to take on leadership roles across Business, Governance and Corporate sectors.
African Women Empowerment and Leadership
We remain at the forefront of ensuring African women empowerment and leadership to achieve their set goals and dreams in life. Our programs are centered around three core pillars of promoting Leadership, Diversity and Inclusion. Through a targeted online content and strategic offline events, we are engaging with the women who will define Africa’s future.
We understand keenly, that the more diverse and inclusive leadership is, the more local communities develop, the faster businesses thrive, and the more society flourishes.
