Titi Cole has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer, Legacy Franchises, Citi.
She is a member of Citi’s Executive Management Team and leads the consumer businesses in Asia, EMEA, and Mexico. Prior to this role, she was Head of Operations & Fraud Prevention, and the Chief Client Officer for Citi’s Global Consumer Bank and also served as the Global Diversity & Inclusion Champion for the Global Consumer Bank, leading several key diversity initiatives including increasing representation of women and underrepresented groups across the business.
Titi Cole, a 29-year industry veteran with a breadth of consumer banking and finance experience, joins Citi from Wells Fargo, where she served as executive vice president and head of operations. Cole has more than 25 years of experience in risk management, credit underwriting, management consulting, and a bevy of other financial areas.
Titi’s areas of expertise include managing consumer banking P&Ls, global operations management, digital transformation, risk management, and regulatory engagement. She also has excellent strategic planning and organizational development experience from her 6 years as a consultant at Mckinsey & Company.
