Chief Executive Officer, AFEN Group, Deborah Ojengbede achieved a huge feat in the cryptocurrency world to have raised the sum of $1 million for her technology startup in just one day.
Before joining AFEN Group, Deborah was a Business Analyst at Union Bank where she had been for five years implementing strategies for gathering, reviewing, and analysing data requirements; delivering data-driven recommendations and reports to EXCOs and stakeholders, and reviewing current processes to improve data accuracy and business efficiency.
Her experiences coupled with a desire to explore the world of crypto enabled her to build an enterprise that would provide revolutionary services to its clients. Deborah began pursuing her crypto aspirations, giving birth to AFEN, the groundbreaking platform for the digitization of African arts, real estate, and education. AFEN intends to use blockchain technologies, specifically the Binance smart chain network, to provide a solution to the problems limiting the Industrial African trio.
The 27 years old ex-banker that is also known as ‘Debbiestixx’ was born in Osun State, Nigeria, where she started playing the drums in church at age 10 and professionally in the year 2013 as the official drummer of Gospel Rapper- Bouqui.
Deborah obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Babcock University.
