She will oversee a diverse portfolio of projects and brings a unique skill set honed in Finance, FMCG, Technology, Creative, and the Public Sector.

Before becoming CEO, Sheila Ojei served as the Director of Strategy, Funding, and Stakeholder Management at the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF). In this role, she led cross-functional initiatives covering strategy, fundraising, innovation, partnerships, and stakeholder management. Her background includes strategic leadership, program management, business development, and pioneering communication strategies.
Sheila Ojei’s impressive educational background includes an MBA from Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland, a Master of Arts in Global Management from Regent’s University, London, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from St. John’s University, the Peter J. Tobin College of Business, New York, USA.
