An Intense 2-Month Mini MBA Program Offered by China Europe International Business School for African Female Entrepreneurs

Through the support of Union Bank, Leading Ladies Africa will run a 2-month intensive program for 40 female entrepreneurs

called The Enterprise and Leadership Program (ELP).
The ELP is a practical, hands-on program that is focused on enabling the women entrepreneurs in Nigeria to identify business opportunities, create and sustain viable enterprises

Run in conjunction with the China Europe Business School (CEIBS) the Program is fully funded by Union Bank

​through its Alpher initiative​ a platform designed to empower women across all segments of the Nigerian society through capacity building opportunities, networking platforms, scholarships and tailored financial services for women, as part of activities to mark the global movement to accelerate gender parity across the world.

What You Need To Know About ELP

The ELP is a practical, hands-on program that is focused on enabling female entrepreneurs in Nigeria to identify business opportunities, create and sustain thriving enterprises.

Run over a period of 2 months, the ELP will help participants identify and address specific improvement areas and amplify business results by aligning key business management and leadership principles with their organizational practices.

Mini MBA

Dubbed as a Mini-MBA program for African female entrepreneurs, the Enterprise & Leadership Program (ELP) is set to create and support a new wave of sustainable businesses run by female entrepreneurs.

The Objectives of the ELP are to:

Create a participatory and collaborative learning environment where women can develop the capacity to build structured and profitable businesses.

Create a new cohort of female business leaders, and captains of industry.

Create support and access to markets for the female entrepreneurs through a local and global alumni network

The ELP program is open EXCLUSIVELY to African female entrepreneurs. We are seeking vibrant, passionate applicants who are willing and available to actively participate in a number of activities outlined for the program. The program will run through  August and September 2019 in Lagos State, Nigeria. 

  • Should be based in Nigeria, and be willing to travel to Lagos for the duration of the program.
  • Should be between the ages of 18 -50
  • Must be able to show commitment and dedication during in-class and field activities
  • Should have successfully managed a registered business for at least 6 months prior to commencement of the program.
  • Should be able to give strong and compelling reasons on why they want to participate in the course.
