Ayedime Amadi is a seasoned Technology Strategy , Architecture and Transformation practitioner with over 22 years experience spanning Telecoms, Consulting and Financial services .She presently is the Senior Manager Enterprise Architecture and Customer Channels in the Technology function of MTN Group , a Pan African Digital Services provider with a large presence and footprint in 20 countries across Middle East and Africa .
Her experience spans Technology and Business and she has in-depth experience and track record in leveraging Architecture to drive Technology Strategies which will enable the evolution of Platform and Ecosystems capabilities to deliver on large-scale Technology and Digital transformation initiatives which deliver value and business outcomes.
She holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from the University of Abuja Nigeria , and is also a product of Stellenbosch , IMD and Lagos Business Schools.
She also is a practicing and very experienced Enterprise Architect and also holds the TOGAF, NGOSS, CGEIT and COBIT professional certifications amongst others. She is an Associate Member of Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), The Open Group Architecture Forum and The Global IT Architect Association (IASA).
She is passionate about creating value , positive impact and being a change agent through coaching , mentoring and public speaking.
She is currently a Mentor in the second cohort of the Career Advancement and Mentorship program (CAMP) developed by LLA to encourage workplace readiness and career development for women of Africa descent.
She also serves as a Coach/ Mentor for African Women in Governance, an organization that is focused on building leadership potential in young girls and women in Africa , in addition she also serves as a Lean in Circle Leader and Facilitator and a mentor in The Mentorship Boardroom.
