We are on the verge of an impending population explosion, one that also has the potential to cripple us if there are no systemic or structured efforts to get the required percentage of the population operating in their strength zones. Failure to address this could lead to generational discontent, high turnover of jobs and the inability to turn our demographic composition to dividends in Nigeria because  majority of the skilled workforce are still trying to figure out where they fit in spite of their extensive formal education. This makes personal development and the knowledge of how to implement their ideas , no longer a soft option but a key imperative for the development of the country and continent,” said Mfon Ekpo
