Sheila Ojei has been appointed as Director, Strategy, Funding & Stakeholder Management, Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF).
Before joining LSETF, she led the Marketing and Communications Teams for Jobberman Nigeria, overseeing all marketing and communications activities including the development and implementation of communications strategies for partnership projects with organizations such as the Mastercard Foundation, UNDP, GenU, and USAID.
Sheila is a business development and communications expert with experience in leading impact communications, implementing development strategies, and building partnerships that support job creation and youth development. She possesses strong competencies in development communication, program management and innovation, fundraising, executing knowledge translation activities, and advancing thought leadership. s.
As a corporate storyteller, she has worked with a lot of brands including the United Nations Women, Shehu Yar’adua Foundation, Ford Foundation, WIMBIZ, Piggvest, Heritage Bank, Flour Mills of Nigeria and many more in delivering key messages to their target audience.
