Pascale Bukize is the founder of Nawel Company Ltd in Rwanda, a company that produces TV shows and is also involved in video production and media relations. She created a TV show, The Real Women, which is broadcast on a local TV station (TV10) in Rwanda. Her goal is to empower women to pursue their personal aspirations, and encourage women to support others who are making a positive impact.
