Anita Quansah’s business is promoting culture and uniqueness like we’ve never seen before

Coming from a diverse lineage that was known for designing accessories for royalty in Igbo land, Anita started Anita Quansah London in 2006, a company that designs jewellery that tells a story of celebration of culture, craftsmanship, uniqueness and diversity.”

The talented beauty, who is Nigerian, Ghanaian and British, has a budding business where she creates handmade earrings, necklaces and bracelets out of traditional materials like feathers and beads.

“I make everything myself. The collars with feathers take about three to four weeks, in which I spend 15 hours each day on the piece,” she says about her work.

Anita’s pieces have been worn by the likes of Nicki Minaj, Alicia Keys and Thandie Newton. We can’t wait to see what next she does this amazing talent.
