For The Love of Ariyike Akinbobola and Five Reasons Why She Is Bae!

Ariyike Akinbobola is an Entertainment Lawyer and Consultant with a career spanning over 7 years proven experience in TV presenting and Public Speaking. She is a multiple award winning Nigerian TV talk show host and Public speaker. She has worked as an associate producer and TV presenter for Spice TV a fashion and lifestyle channel for over 7 years. During her time at the TV Station, she hosted their flagship programme ‘On the Couch’ and in addition she produced and presented the fashion news and presented other TV Shows including Sugar and Spice, Urban Spice, Instant Beauty Queen and Project Swan. As a published author with a best selling debut novella, “The Cost of Our Lives” she emphasizes social issues such as cyber bullying, sexual abuse, rape, human trafficking and fraudulent lifestyle. Through the vehicle of a book, she teaches that  procrastination has never helped anyone get to their destination easier/faster. She says”procrastination is the thief of time, stop postponing your day of joy, whatever it is you want to do, start now.”

4. As a blogger, Ariyike, shares her contemplations about life highlighting key life lessons for all to glean from. She also gives visibility to change makers at the grassroots level with her popular segment ‘Ariyike  Meets’

5. As an Humanitarian and Girl Child Advocate, she lends her voice and means to several causes including the UNICEF led End Cutting Girls Campaign which flags off the inhumanity of the Female Genital Mutilation still in practice in some African communities.
