Have the difficult conversation.

1. Have a quiet time.

Take a vacation or just rest. 

2 tips for navigating office politics? 

1. Don’t get involved

2. Be authentic and own it. 

If you could have a lunch date with one women you admire, who would that be and what would you ask her?

Mrs. Indra Nooyi or Mrs. Ibukun Awosika – what are the things that inspired them and why? What were their choices based on and what drove that? What role has faith played in their life and its application? How did they navigate areas that were not their strength?

3 greatest lessons you have learned on your career journey?

  1. Relationships are the most important thing, treat people well- especially how you will love to be treated in any position.
  2.  Keep learning and listen more.
  3.  Focus on being your best self and not an imitation.

Teju Abisoyeis Acting Executive Secretary (ES) of the Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF). Prior to this appointment, she  was Director of Programmes and Coordination at the LSETF. In this role, she was responsible for the delivery of targeted programmes designed to enable access to finance and financial inclusion for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs); as well as enable skills development and other structured interventions to boost job and wealth creation in Lagos State. Teju is an experienced Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. She is a strong business development professional skilled in Customer Service, Business Development, Investments, Business Strategy and Leadership.
