Meet The Small Business Fixer, Tricia Ikponmwomba

Also referred to as TriciaBiz – The Small Business Fixer, Tricia Ikponmwomba is recognised as one of Nigeria’s leading business coaches and brand strategist. She is highly skilled in developing business strategies and plans with core competency in Marketing & Sales Strategy, Brand building, and Critical Thinking. Tricia has over 10 years of cumulative experience working across a wide portfolio of clients in Nigeria, offering services ranging from digital marketing, public relations, experiential marketing, brand building and core marketing. Multinationals such as Etisalat Nigeria, Unilever, Glaxosmithkline, Nigerian Breweries, Nokia, Multichoice, British American Tobacco, Mastercard, Emirates, The Bridge Clinic, Japan Tobacco International, D,light, Wrigleys and Coca-Cola are some clients she has worked with in this regard.

To boost the competitiveness of small businesses, Tricia launched TriciaBiz in April 2017 where she hopes to translate her recorded success working with multi-nationals to MSMEs (Micro small and medium enterprises). Tricia is an IVLP world fellow (US Government program), one of the 100 most inspiring women in Nigeria and also a profound speaker and trainer, which has seen her as panel member at several summits and conferences as well as training staff of companies to improve their manpower output.

Tricia recently launched an online business school, Business Lab Africa with the aim of helping entrepreneurs in Africa succeed in business. The school, which offers a new approach to learning, is subscription-based and is geared towards providing quality content at a price MSMEs can afford.
