What is your number one hack for dealing with difficult colleagues/bosses? 

I ensure that I try and understand their own point of view and refuse to be drawn into confrontations but rather focus on the objective of the deliverable at hand. I also try not to assume but make room to hear their own opinion.

2 things you do when you are having a bad day?

I remind myself not to sweat the small stuff or I look for someone to talk to briefly before coming back to work.

When you are creatively stuck, you…? 

Listen to music and take a short walk.

2 tips for navigating office politics? 

Ensure that the politics is for the advancement of a good cause. 

Make sure it does not pull anyone down by not making it personal to the detriment to anyone.

If you could have a lunch date with one woman you admire – who would that be and what would you ask her? 

Mrs. Ibukun Awosika. I would ask her how she has managed to do so many things both in business and in the corporate world and still manage to run a home successfully.

If you could wear the same hairstyle to work everyday, it would be?

My natural twist and lock.
